PDO lifting threads can be administered to slightly lift facial and submental tissues that have drooped over time caused by weight loss, genetics or ageing and can also be administered to slightly angle the outer part of the eye giving the illusion of almond shaped and up turned eyes commonly know as the "fox eye". PDO lifting threads are inserted under the skin with a blunt cannula through a small hole created with a sharp needle into the treatment area to cause elevation of tissue and collagen induction via fibrosis. PDO Lifting Threads are suitable for the nasolabial folds or cheeks (midface), marionette lines or Jowls (lower face), the neck and in some special cases, the nose or upper face.
