Appointment Rules
New Patients
Please allow 10 minutes for new patient registration and consent forms to be filled out completely and correctly.
Please bring along photo ID to confirm your identity and age.
You will require a consultation prior to any procedures being performed and no guarantees are made you will be accepted as a new patient or your chosen procedure will be performed.
If you would like to use a different payment method please discuss this prior to booking online and paying the online booking fee.
All Patients
If you are bringing someone with you, you must inform The Purgatorium prior to your appointment, children will not be permitted entry into the clinic for procedure appontments.
Home Visits
Please ensure your house and property is safe to access and enter, and any pets are kept away from the Health Professional attending your home. We understand you love your fury friend however, we ask you to please respect the safety of our team and maintain infection prevention methods.
